Harold “Chip” Walker III
President and CEO
Chip’s foodservice career spans more than 20 years. Most recently, he served in roles of increasing importance at Sara Lee Foodservice/Hillshire Brands in Chicago, IL, including Director of Sales, Director of Corporate Accounts, and Vice President, Corporate Accounts. Chip joined the Frosty Acres team in 2014 as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing and quickly moved into the COO role.
Chip was appointed CEO and President in April 2015. As President and CEO, Chip Walker is steering Frosty Acres and its Members towards growth and success. Chip is well known and respected in the foodservice industry and his deep-seated knowledge of the industry helps drive Frosty Acres forward.
When he is not leading the Frosty Acres team, Chip enjoys golf and is learning to wake surf with his wife and two adult daughters. Chip enjoys college football and can spend many hours enjoying the games on Saturday. When not doing these things, the rest of his free time is spent contemplating the latest Game of Thrones theory and smoking the perfect rack of ribs.
William (Bill) Lewis II
Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Bill’s food distribution career spans more than 25 years. He has worked with Sysco, Alliant, and US Foods. During that tenure, he has held numerous positions including Vice President of Sales, Regional VP Sales and Marketing, and the Corporate Vice President of Marketing, Street Sales. Most recently Bill worked as Executive Vice President for Atlantic Food Distributors before rejoining Frosty Acres as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
As Senior VP of Sales and Marketing, Bill is responsible the for sales and marketing operations of Frosty Acres and the continued development of growth in the Frosty Acres membership and family of brands.
Bill’s career has been spent in leadership roles for sales and marketing, providing innovative solutions with a focus on success for the Member. His strong passion, knowledge, and love for the foodservice industry brings Frosty Acres to new heights.
As a true foodie, Bill loves trying new recipes on his Big Green Egg, visiting Atlanta’s hottest restaurants, and finding great wines.
Sr. Vice President, Chief Information Officer
Steve brings over thirty years of broad experience in technology to Frosty Acres. He spent the last nine years in progressive management and leadership roles with Focus Brands, where he was most recently the Vice President IT and CISO .
As SVP and CIO at Frosty Acres, Steve is responsible for the IT operations of the company and the ongoing development of technology systems that will drive efficiency and growth for Frosty Acres and its member distributors. Steve is a key driver of new technologies and processes at Frosty Acres, and his leadership will continue to develop technology solutions to advance growth and operational strategies for our member distributors.
Philip brings over 25 years of accounting and finance experience to Frosty Acres, including over seven years of public accounting. He has worked for The Coca-Cola Company and as the CFO of The Honey Baked Ham Company of Georgia, Inc.
Philip joined the Frosty Acres team in 2009 as CFO. As CFO, Philip is responsible for the accounting, finance and operations departments of Frosty Acres.
Besides spending quality time with his wife and family, Philip also enjoys working on construction projects and physical conditioning.
Senior Vice President of Procurement
Scott’s career began with seven years of service in the United States Air Force as a Technical Analyst and Linguist. After leaving the military, Scott worked for U.S. Foods. In his eleven years with U.S. Foods he held many positions with roles of increasing responsibility in procurement and category management at division, region, and corporate levels. His last position there was the Director of Category Operations overseeing a team of Region Category Managers.
Scott joined the Frosty Acres team as a Senior Category Manger and has since been elevated to Sr. Vice President of Procurement. As SVP of Procurement, Scott is responsible for all procurement operations at Frosty Acres including category management, the Smart Distribution program, and logistics.
At Frosty Acres Scott has shown extensive expertise in program development and a strong focus to the growth of our partners. Best of all, his dedication and knowledge in procurement and category management has resulted in greater success for our Members.
Scott also enjoys beach vacations and spending time with his wife and three children.
Regional Vice President of Sales, South
Jake has been with Frosty Acres for over 20 years. In his tenure at Frosty Acres, he has held many titles: Regional Manager, Member Development Manager, VP of Sales and Marketing, and VP of Member Development. Jake is now the Regional Vice President of Sales and is responsible for sales operations in the Southern region of the U.S. and cultivating current and new memberships.
Jake shows strong knowledge for the industry. Through the years, Jake has cultivated a passion for everything that makes Frosty Acres great.
When he is not spending time with Members, Jake can be found attending his children’s sporting events and enjoying time with his wife. He also coaches youth football.
Regional Vice President of Sales, North
Josh holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Kennesaw State University. Over the last several years he has worked in several sales roles at Frosty Acres, including Director of the Member Services team where he managed the internal sales department and implemented strategies to facilitate growth for the organization and its member distributors. Josh has since been promoted to Regional Vice President of Sales. Josh is responsible for sales operations in the northern region of the U.S. and cultivating current and new memberships.
Josh’s strong Member focus and commitment to growing distributors makes him indispensable to the Frosty Acres team.
Outside of feeding his coffee addiction, Josh enjoys finding good deals on vehicles and spending time with his family.
